Bamboo Fly Rods in Vienna
| The following series of
photos were provided by Harald Weidler of Vienna, Austria whose Brack
Hill Tackle fly rod was finally delivered this past November. I'd
like to thank Harald - first for his patience in waiting for his rod,
and then for sharing some images of the beautiful rivers he fishes, some
outstanding catches and a few of the flies that obviously work so
well. I will be taking these guys for a swim up in Grayling,
Michigan next spring - hopefully I'll fare half as good as Harald!
If you ever find yourself in a Trout stream in Austria and bump into Harald say "Howdy" for me - I hope to someday have the good fortune to do the same. |
