Montana I - July 2002
| My wife Marjorie joined me
on the first trip to Montana this year. It was her first visit to
Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park and of course the rivers of
western Montana.
I think she had a good time - I know I did - see for yourself ! |

Margie doing her best Vanna impression. The Grand Tetons are a welcome sight after a half a day in a 757. For those who have not visited Michigan by air, this is NOT the view from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. |
|
A view of the Snake River from 10,500 feet. No, we didn't walk up - can't beat the Teton Village tram. |

Here we go - a beautiful Montana summer day and a boat ride down the Madison River. What more could you ask for. This is the first Brown of the day, about 15 minutes after launch. |

Margie's first Madison river Rainbow. She's starting to get into this big river fishing stuff. |
| The old double rainbow trick. Our guide Geoff Unger (out of Blue Ribbon Flies in West Yellowstone) enjoys sharing these photos with his co-workers. Honesty compels me to point out that I brought in the larger fish. |
