Of the million or so variations of wooly buggers, this is my personal favorite. I guess it best represents some type of Crawdad (a favorite trout food found just about everywhere) this fuzzy, fluffy gob of feathers really does the job. Tumble it low and slow or twitch it through some cobble or in stillwater bring it home with a slow jerky strip dont be surprised at what happens. My second choice is an Olive variation with Olive Marabou, Light & Dark Olive Chenille body and Olive Hackle, but this is another style where you can let your imagination run wild.
